  1. Cushions are first stored as electronic patterns
  2. Patterns are cut by a computer controlled mechanical cutting machine
  3. Each cushion is then sewn according to customer-specific standards
  4. The sewn cushion is then air blown with blended fill, ensuring uniform distribution of blend
  5. Seat cushions benefit from the additional support provided by a foam insert
  6. Finished cushion is now ready to provide years of comfort
